The new ownership has really been a huge blessing in making my life as a plumber easier. The showroom has been redesigned to be more efficient and the parts team is best in the business. I appreciate being able to text a picture to Brett and have a quick response knowing exactly what I need for cartridges or fixtures.

Earlier this week, after visiting more than 5 different plumbing parts companies, I had my first-time experience with R & R. I described my specific parts request and stated my intent to purchase a non-luxury replacement part. Their showroom is stocked with luxury specialty items! John understood what I was after and he scoured his backroom and showroom floor cabinets (~ 15 minutes) for feasible alternatives. He presented two but they weren't exactly what I was looking for. He recommended a specific vendor ~7 minutes away. His recommended vendor had exactly what I was looking for. Thanks John!
